The Media Foundation which runs the Hoot is looking for a
person to run a media research project on public service
broadcasting. The job is Delhi-based but involves travel to four states.

The Media Foudation
requires a project officer to run a multi-state media research project
involving audience research. Skills required include an understanding of media
research methods, demonstrated administrative ability to run a research
project, and appropriate post-graduate social science or communications
qualifications. This is NOT a job which requires journalistic skills, but research
organizing and monitoring skills. Qualified Dalit and OBC candidates are
encouraged to apply.
Educational Qualification : Ph.D
or post-graduate social science or communications qualifications
Experience Required : 4 to
5 years of working or research experience in Communications or Social Science
Research required. Preferred age: 28- 35 years.
Salary Offered : Rs
35-40,000 depending upon experience and qualifications.
