Improve your pictures: free tool

It is a free online tool. I tried and improved a picture without using PhotoShop or Coral Draw etc, about which I know very little. It took a couple of seconds to improve Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh's picture. The first is original and the second is the improved one.
